If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it free of charge. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items such as perfumes and fragrances, skin care products, intimate apparel, body jewelry, "Final Sale" items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

For COD purchases, amount will be credited in your VAO Wallet as we do not provide cash refunds. You can use your VAO credit to purchase another color, size, or even a different item. VAO credit cannot be used to cover shipping or services fees.

 

Shipping

Original Shipping charges and local duties are non­refundable.

You may return the product(s) to us either:

For returns from within UAE:

  • By visiting VAO Concept Store in Citywalk, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • By submitting a return request via your My Account section and our Customer Service will arrange for a pick up via our partner courier service.

For international returns:

  • We understand sometimes an item doesn’t fit, however, VAO concept store is not responsible for the returns, and the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning it to us.
  • Furthermore, the duties charged to VAO concept store at the time of receiving any return packages will be deducted from the final amount refunded to the client.

 

Exchanges

Currently, we do not accept Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.
